Okay. So I am not a very breakfast type of person. Eating a large breakfast makes me feel sluggish throughout the day .
I know.I know.What you all are thinking in your mind, that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and all.
But really blame it on my blood type or whatever but a heavy breakfast never made me happy. But a smoothie !! Hell yea I can have that any day.It keeps me going till lunch without having to resort to unnecessary snacking.
This smoothie recipe is easy to make, nutritious and doesn’t have any added sugar.It is naturally healthy.
INGREDIENTS YOU NEED.
1/2 CUP NON FAT MILK (I used normal milk but you may substitute it for almond milk if you prefer)
1/2 CUP NON FAT YOGURT
1 TSP OATMEAL SOAKED IN A TBLSP WARM WATER
2 TSP STRAWBERRY CRUSH (Use any fresh berries -blueberry, raspberry,strawberry)
Blend it all together
Drink it immediately. I also have 5 almonds and 2 dates alongside for a healthy start to my day.
